Moving Day 18 Thursday Dec 2014 Posted by saroful in Uncategorized ≈ 16 Comments I packed hopes in newspaper, swaddled dreams in bubble wrap. I stuffed plans into the empty corners of boxes and carted ambition in an old laundry basket. Digging through an old rucksack – I’m sure I packed me somewhere – I found you instead. I love the word rucksack and it feels just write in this.

Um, just right, maybe?

It’s funny; I started with backpack and tried to change “packed” to 50 or so different things before I realized I could use rucksack instead.

Love “carted ambition in an old laundry basket.” Wonderful visual images.

There’s always the one basket, right? in the backseat, with those few things you found at the last minute? it’s not just me?

This is really good! Pity you couldn’t find yourself among your things and would ultimately find someone else. Nice.

Oh! I found you instead. What a fabulous twist that was. I love how you pack feelings into objects. That’s one of my favourite techniques.
